1. Now all order only charge 10 us dollar flat rate cost.

2. All shipping comes with insurance, online tracking. Air Express we are using:

3. DELIVERY AND COMPLETION DATES
3.1 Discount-Cheap.net shall aim to deliver the Goods within 14 (fourteen) working days of acceptance of the Order of which 1 – 3 days is processing the payment, however time is not of the essence for delivery or performance. If Discount-Cheap.net is unable to deliver the Goods within 14 (fourteen) working days then it shall use reasonable endeavours to inform the Buyer of this by e-mail and give an amended delivery time.

3.2 Discount-Cheap.net shall not be liable in any circumstances for the consequences of any delay in delivery or failure to deliver or perform if the duration of the delay is not substantial, or if the delay or failure is due to causes beyond Discount-Cheap.netf S' reasonable control as set out in clause 8. Please note that Discount-Cheap.net S' entire liability to the Buyer is capped at the limits set out in on the terms and conditions.

4. DAMAGE, SHORTAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
Unless the Contract otherwise stipulates, the risk in the Goods passes to the Buyer when proof of delivery can be provided by Discount-Cheap.net S' nominated carrier.

5. FORCE MAJEURE
In accordance with clause 6.2, Discount-Cheap.net shall not be liable to the Buyer or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of, of any failure to perform or any delays in performance of, any of Discount-Cheap.net S' obligations in relation to the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Discount-Cheap.net S' reasonable control.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All the intellectual property rights in the Goods are and shall remain the property of Discount-Cheap.net and its licensors. For the avoidance of doubt, at no time shall any rights, title or interest in these intellectual property rights pass to the Buyer.
6.2 Discount-Cheap.net permits the Buyer to electronically copy and print in hard copy specific portions of the Web Site for the sole purpose of placing an order with STYLELIVEUK or using the Web Site as a shopping resource. Any other use, including linking to other websites, of the contents of the Web Site by the Buyer is strictly prohibited by STYLELIVEUK.
